A clearer plan.
A coordinated project.

M2Square helps Massachusetts property owners and managers move from a roofing question to a defined scope and a plan for the work.

Meet Hector.

Owner, M2Square LLC

hector@m2square.co

Hector leads M2Square’s commercial roofing consulting, project management, and contracting work. He is your starting point for discussing the property, understanding the decision ahead, and establishing the next step.

Our work brings together scope development, bid review, and coordination with partner installation crews. The arrangement depends on the project: we can help an owner plan the work or manage an agreed roofing scope.

Before work starts, the proposal should make M2Square’s role, the installation responsibilities, the scope, and the closeout requirements clear.

Clear responsibilities at each stage.

A roof project involves more than choosing a material. The decisions, the written scope, and the people doing the work need to fit together.

Understand the roof and the decision

Start with the property, the concern, and the information you already have. We help identify what needs assessment and what the project must address.

Coordinate the people and the project

M2Square works with partner installation crews and coordinates the agreed project scope, communication, and closeout. Responsibilities are established for each project.
