Privacy and website inquiries
This page explains what the website inquiry form sends and the limited information the site keeps in your browser to understand where inquiries come from.
What you share with us
The form asks for your name, email address, property type and location, and the service you need. You can also provide a phone number, contact preference, timing, and a message. M2Square uses these details to review and respond to your inquiry and discuss possible next steps. Please do not submit payment details, passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive information.
How the form is delivered
When you submit, your browser sends the form to FormSubmit, an external service configured to email Hector at M2Square. FormSubmit may ask you to complete a spam-verification step. Sending the form does not by itself confirm that an email has reached our inbox or that work has been scheduled.
FormSubmit processes the submission through its own service and may use cookies on its pages. You can read FormSubmit’s privacy information. You can also contact Hector directly at hector@m2square.co or 857-756-0850.
Limited page and referral details
When available, the form includes the first page path you visited, the page where you submit, the referring website’s origin, and these campaign labels: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term. An origin is a site address such as https://www.google.com, without the referring page path or its query string.
The site saves this limited context in session storage in your browser tab. It reuses that context for up to 30 minutes and then replaces it on the next capture. Session storage normally ends when the tab is closed, though browsers can restore sessions. The stored context does not include what you type in the form. Other query parameters and URL fragments are not saved; campaign values are length-limited and filtered to reject email addresses, URLs, and values that resemble phone numbers.
This inquiry feature adds no advertising cookies or analytics SDK. If your browser blocks session storage or JavaScript, you can still use the form, but referral details may be missing.
